Wrong Size Supplied 5.00

I ordered a size 61. You attached a label saying size 61 to a size 59 hat.
I tried to reorder a size 61 but there was none in stock.
I then had to pay for the return, because the website would not allow me to print the return label.
I have now been repayed for all my costs, but it was alot of agravation and I stiil don't have the hat I ordered.
