Barts – bright and cheerful winter accessories from the Netherlands!

After first selling his self-designed swim shorts in St Tropez in 1986, followed by bandanas in the early 1990s, Bart Koene found his way to handmade knitted winter accessories and founded the Barts fashion company in 1992. Since then, the Dutch brand has been known for colourful, original knitted winter accessories: from simple beanies and chunky knitted berets to earmuffs and distinctive trapper hats, as well as scarves, gloves and vibrant bobble hats. Women, men and children will find everything their hearts desire for winter in the Barts collection. More recently, Barts has complemented its range with a small but perfectly formed summer collection of fashionable sun hats and caps.
