I ordered this hat as a christmas present for my husband. Both of us were very disappointed on christmas day when he tried the hat on. The shape is totally wrong for his head.
Your after sales service advised me that the different shape would be available soon. I am waiting for this so I can exchange the hat.
I need an xxl size hat and this is difficult to find.

Excellent Hat - No Exchange! 4.00

The ordering process was easy. When the hat arrived it was packaged well and the hat itself was of excellent quality. Unfortunately, it was too big, so I arranged a return and requested an exchange for the next size down. I was credited with the cost of the return postage (which I did not expect), but also received a credit for the cost of the hat, therefore no exchange was made! This is a pity, but I have accepted the credits with thanks.
