The waxed cotton and side eyelets for ventilation make this Stetson hat extremely suitable for any outdoor application. Its first-rate fabric provides excellent UV protection and guarantees high wearing comfort.

A very comfortable hat 5.00

This hat is magical! Ever since I have bought it and worn it it hasn't rained once... that's a pretty good rain repellant in my book!
Because it is a waxed material, if you are someone who pinches the front, or stacks other hats on top, it will show some signs of "interaction" quite quickly.
It does say that it has a UPF of 40+ so I'll be interested to see how comfortable it is over the other hats I have in my collection whenthe sun comes out.
But it's a Stetson, and the name is visible, so everyone knows you've got a classic hat right there.

I love my hat 5.00

I bought this as I don't like wearing the hood on my walking jackets. I was persuaded to buy it as it is a "Stetson", a genuine Stetson! Who could resist it.
When it first arrived I was concerned as I thought it too large but it comes with two cork strips that are used to give a personal fitting.
This was my first purchase from "Hat Shopping" and I can recommend them, fast and efficient service with a very good range of hats on offer.
