New Era – the baseball cap from America’s professional leagues

A new era for the baseball cap began when New Era took the 59FIFTY flat-brim cap from the sports field to the street, giving it a cool hip-hop image. Whether emblazoned with the logos of American baseball clubs, comic-book heroes such as Superman or freestyle designs, New Era continually reinvents the baseball cap. As an official outfitter to the professional MLB, NBA and NHL leagues, the US brand founded in 1920 brings a dose of American sporting spirit to everything from mesh caps to fitted caps. Its EK Collection, named after the initials of German founder Ehrhardt Koch, meanwhile proves New Era’s credentials as a streetwear trendsetter, with trilbies, flat caps and army caps featuring innovative cuts and accomplished colour effects.
